For Stockovaa lifetime licence customers

Your Stockovaa, looked after.

You bought Stockovaa outright. Managed Cloud is the service that keeps it current, protected and watched. Our team sets it up and our team runs it, so yours never has to think about it.

  • Updates applied for you
  • Backups taken off-site
  • SSL kept valid
  • A named person to call

Every account is set up by hand. Tell us about your business and a real person takes it from there.

The difference

The same software. A completely different week.

Your licence does not change and neither does the product. What changes is who carries the running of it.

  • A new release lands

    Running it yourself

Somebody has to decide whether it is safe, then find an evening to do it

    On Managed Cloud

We test it against your setup and apply it in a window we agreed with you

  • Backups

    Running it yourself

A routine somebody remembers, on a drive somebody looks after

    On Managed Cloud

Taken automatically, kept off-site, restored by us when you ask

  • A certificate expires

    Running it yourself

A calendar reminder, and a red browser warning when it is missed

    On Managed Cloud

Renewed ahead of expiry as part of the service

  • The service stops responding

    Running it yourself

You find out from a customer standing at the counter

    On Managed Cloud

An alert reaches an on-call person, and you are contacted rather than left to notice

  • A security patch is published

    Running it yourself

Only applied if somebody was reading the advisories

    On Managed Cloud

Assessed and applied, with urgent work handled immediately

  • Something goes wrong

    Running it yourself

You explain your setup from scratch to whoever answers

    On Managed Cloud

You reach a team that already knows your configuration and your history

How it works

Four steps, and we do three of them

There is no instant sign-up and no card form. Every Managed Cloud account is set up by a person, and you get a realistic date at the end of the first conversation.

  1. Talk to us

Tell us what you run today and where it hurts. A conversation, not a funnel. We only take on customers we can genuinely look after.

  2. We provision and configure

Our team does the setup: your data brought across, your branding applied, your domain connected, your users and permissions built to match how you actually work.

  3. We hand over access

We walk your team through the finished setup and issue their credentials in a proper handover session, rather than a welcome email and good luck.

  4. We keep it running

From that day on, updates, backups, security, certificates and monitoring are ours. You get one contact to call when you need anything at all.

Support

Somebody answers, and they already know your setup

The difference between a good managed service and a bad one is who picks up. Managed Cloud customers reach the team that runs the service, not a general queue and not a chatbot.

  • A named contact who knows your configuration and your history
  • Phone and email, plus tickets in your portal with a record you can see
  • Response targets written into your service level agreement rather than implied
  • The people who answer are the people who can fix it
Questions

Straight answers

The five we are asked most. There are more, and if yours is not among them we would rather you asked us.

Customers who hold a Stockovaa lifetime licence. You own the software outright, and Managed Cloud is the ongoing service that keeps it updated, protected, monitored and supported.

No, and that is deliberate. We take Managed Cloud customers on directly. Send us an access request, and we will contact you, understand what you run, and set the account up for you.

No. The licence you bought stays yours. Managed Cloud is a separate ongoing service on top of it, and your licence is unaffected if you ever stop the service.

It stays yours. Your business has its own isolated database, copies are taken off-site on a schedule, and you can export your data whenever you want it, including after you leave.

Your Managed Cloud contact, by phone or by email, or a ticket in your portal. The team that answers is the team that runs the service, so you are never passed between vendors.
